The Foster Care System of today, is not prepared, funded or staffed to handle the immense numbers of kids who have to leave the system at age 18 or soon after. Some states have programs (funding, therapy, mentor programs and other efforts), but they more than not fail miserably.
Depending on the state, kids maybe better off in states like California or Hawaii (tend to have better programs) that other states in the union. Our goals are to help where we can (from our bases in Hawaii, California, Nevada, Texas, Nebraska, Arkansas, Michigan, Kentucky, Virginia and North Carolina), one kid at a time.
We Created Teenacity to Give Foster Kids That Are Close to Being Aged-Out Something to Look Forward to. We Are Looking to Help Foster Kids (Usually 16-21) With a Plan For Their Future…

Our system operates across seven key regions throughout the Mainland United States, ensuring national reach and regional responsiveness to industry needs. In addition to our Mainland network, we’re proud to support active programs in Hawaii and Alaska—helping address unique geographic and economic challenges—as well as initiatives in the Caribbean and Canada. This expanded footprint allows us to foster diverse career pathways, support localized manufacturing and retail solutions, and create collaborative opportunities that span both borders and industries.
In addition to career development, we are committed to expanding educational access by creating resources that connect individuals with colleges, training programs, and potential scholarship opportunities. Our goal is to remove barriers and open doors for aged-out youth and job seekers who want to pursue higher education or specialized certifications. Whether it's through partnerships with community colleges, vocational schools, or four-year universities, we’re building a support system that helps people discover their path, access financial aid, and gain the skills needed to thrive in today’s competitive workforce.

We offer exposure and programs designed to foster growth within our member firms.
The Co-Packing Network is a comprehensive national Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) advisory group deeply rooted in the diverse US and Canadian consumer product manufacturing industries. Celebrating our 100-year anniversary, our expansive history spans supermarkets, wholesaling, manufacturing, owning brands, and beyond.
The CPA's Request for Quote (RFQ) tool allows an automated submission to CPA Members to securely submit their project details and needs. Your Request for Quote will be dispatched to CPA Members whose capabilities match your project needs, and if they can assist you, will contact you directly about their services and capabilities.
The team manages the request all-the-way through to end up with successful results. We also can become a project manager to manage the whole process (search, secure and work with one or more contract manufacturers).
